What’s their deal?: In an area that’s never been afraid of a little twang, it’s no wonder that Halden Wofford and the Hi-Beams have been together for 10 years. With a new album Sinners & Saints released earlier this year, the absolute crack team of performers are continuing to embrace life on the heavier side of a pedal steel, and they manage that with an authenticity that is palpable and reverent.
