With a pre-emptive battle cry of “Bring On 2015!” the promoters of the Northwest String Summit, this morning, announced the first phase of their lineup for NWSS – 2015, July 16-19.
The head office went on to say, “All kinds of booking and planning happening here at NWSS Central and we are ecstatic to share some of the amazing talent and other news on tap for this summer’s event!”
Perennial musically gifted hosts Yonder Mountain String Band with Allie Kral and Jacob Jolliff will once again perform THREE nights of music and will welcome many old friends and plenty of new friends at the 14th Northwest String Summit and will have tons of incredible surprises!
Back for their seventh NWSS, Greensky Bluegrass will play TWO nights this year. It has been six years since bluegrass legend, the Del McCoury Band, has graced the NWSS stage and 2015 will mark their triumphant return!
They will be joined by Keller Williams, who will perform with The Traveling McCourys, and additional artists include Elephant Revival, Fruition, Town Mountain, Nahko & Medicine For The People and Rising Appalachia.
