Festival weekends used to imply a less-than-nutritious gastrological event, but the classy-ass lineup of Arroyo Seco has as many all-star chefs as it does high-level musical headliners. From the creators of Coachella and Desert Trip, the three stage mega-festival will be teeming with L.A. heavy hitters on stage, in the kitchen and in the crowd, sprawled across the shady oaks and parkland of Brookside Country Club, which is adjacent to the iconic Rose Bowl.
