Returning for its second year, Bonanza Campout’s “boutique” approach isn’t trying to be everything to everyone. Instead, the festival, set in a secluded compound in an old mining town, is trying to be an elevated experience for a select audience seeking a well-curated lineup of indie rock, electronic and hip-hop artists. Only a short drive from Salt Lake City and basically next door to Park City, Bonanza brings music to Utahans, who have long starved for good live music, and the location makes it a fairly easy road trip for musically rich Coloradoans.
