Founded after promoter/musician Scotty Stoughton spent time volunteering for the non-profit All Hands after the 2009 earthquake in Haiti, Campout for the Cause has become a benefactor for All Hands as well as other organizations. The festival’s side stage lounge will donate 100% of its profits to Eagle Valley Land Trust.   You’re going there to see: Elephant Revival, The Mother Hips. Distance: 133 miles   You Need to Know: Rancho Del Rio is immediately adjacent to the Colorado River. Organizers have a host of water activities planned and actually encourage floating while listening to music from the main stage — it’s that close. Camping: Yes and plentiful.
