BY Brian F. Johnson

www.yarmonygrass.com August 2-5 Rancho Del Rio State Bridge, Colo. Like bands, many festivals often are afraid to say exactly what they are for fear of being pigeon holed. But Yarmony Grass doesn’t mince words. It bills itself with full transparency, and maybe just a little boasting, as the “jamgrass music event of the year.” You’re going there to see: According to YG’s website the lineup will be announced “soon.” You’re going to come home talking about: How incredible Rancho del Rio is, and how remote that part of the state feels.   Travel time: (As calculated by maps.google.com from Denver, Colo. to State Bridge, Colo.) Total Est. Time: 2 hours, 34 minutes Total Est. Distance: 134 miles   YOU NEED TO KNOW: Take a swim suit, but leave the cell phone.
