Loudwire Music Festival June 26-28 Jam Ranch – Mack, Colo. Once known as just a haven for hippie festivals, Colorado has in recent years seen a lot more rock festivals pop up. But the rock and heavy metal website Loudwire won’t be satisfied it seems until every face is melted. The Loudwire Music Festival proudly touted its diversity for their debut year by announcing that “all genres of rock — hard, classic, alternative, metal and indie” will be represented over the three stage, three-day event in the high desert of Colorado. Located just 20 minutes west of Grand Junction and a stone’s throw from the Utah border, the ranch (ironically named Jam Ranch) is just over an hour away from the famed Arches National Park.
