Rock & Roll/Americana outfit These United States release their latest video for the single “Maps” off of their self-titled fifth album. The theme of the video lays in the animated journey through a fictitious solar system, correlating with the song’s message of travel and experience, representing the band’s trek across the United States. The video is a personification of front man Jesse Elliott’s experiences and inspirations from the people met and stories encountered throughout the country. The album features collaborations with Deer Tick, Cotton Jones, Phosphorescent, The Mynabirds, Ben Sollee, Langhorne Slim, Revival, and the entire Frontier Ruckus band. These United States will be playing the Hi-Dive September 13 presented by Marquee Magazine, OpenAir CPR and Illegal Pete’s.
