Todd Rundgren made his Colorado state appearance Tuesday night at the Boulder Theater, drawing a modest crowd of prog-rock aficionados scrambling to downtown Boulder from across the country. His three piece band, over the top light show and various electronic samples kept the crowd there. Through guitar riffs, synth drums and well produced vocals, this brief visit from the prolific musical innovator is sure to be a highlight of the summer.
